My Offerings— private classes & group classes

  • Private Classes

One of my offerings is private classes in my cozy home studio—a welcoming space for 1–2 people to practice with personalized guidance. Come solo or bring a friend and share the experience. Each session can be customized to your needs—whether you’d like to focus on a specific area, organ/meridian, chakra, or intention—or enjoy a balanced, well-rounded practice. Together, we’ll create the style and pace that feel most supportive for you.

  • Gentle Hatha

Hatha Yoga is a traditional style that combines physical postures (asanas) with breathwork (pranayama) to bring balance to the body and mind. This foundational practice emphasizes slow, intentional movement and mindful awareness, with poses often held for several breaths. Gentle and accessible, it’s well-suited for beginners or anyone seeking a calming, stress-relieving practice.

  • Yin

Yin Yoga invites stillness, softness, and deep acceptance—offering an essential balance to the intensity of yang energy. Both yin and yang are essential forces, one does not exist without the other; together, they form the rhythm of our existence. In this slow-paced class, shapes are held for 3–5 minutes with the support of props, applying gentle, sustained pressure to nourish the fascia and connective tissues while helping you explore the edges of sensation in your body. This practice promotes mobility, strength, and detoxification in the body’s deeper, often overlooked, foundational structures. In this practice, we slow down and tune in, bringing deep awareness and energetic harmony to body and mind.

  • Restorative

Restorative yoga centers on deep relaxation and nervous system regulation. Restful poses are held for 8–15 minutes and are designed to activate the body’s natural relaxation response, helping to release tension and reduce chronic stress. With the support of props, it becomes an accessible and deeply nurturing practice—inviting stillness and surrender. Often described as “conscious sleep,” this meditative state shifts the brain into theta waves, allowing for deep restoration of both body and mind.
